The September 26 DOL TAA/CCCT Convergence is fast approaching. We will focus on sustainability, job placement, resource allocation, and evaluation. Two sessions will be facilitated by Bill Craft and Kathleen Guy from the Eaton Cummings Group, and participants will leave with a plan and ideas for how to implement these important elements at your college.
One of the afternoon sessions, facilitated by Bill & Kathleen, is especially designed for CEOs, VPs, Deans, and faculty leaders. We hope you will be able to attend this session or send representatives. Information has been sent to each college lead to disseminate the info on your campus. We greatly appreciate anything you can do to facilitate attendance, including faculty. Please take a few minutes and register for the convergence even if you can only attend the afternoon session for the CEOs or please send a VP representative. We encourage you to send team from your college. Thanks for your help!
The convergence is a one-day event; the draft agenda is attached. The event will take place at the Piccadilly Inn Airport, 5115 E. McKinley Avenue in Fresno, and we have reserved a block of rooms for those people who would like to spend the night. Rooms are being held at a rate of $86.00 for the night of the 25th (Wednesday). The direct line for reservations is (559)375-7760. When calling to make your reservation, please refer to the booking code #1114 to insure the special group rate. The cutoff date to ensure a room is September 11th.
