Saturday, September 27, 2014 in Fresno at the UCSF Fresno Center for Medical Education & Research

Participants will gain information, resources and hands-on experiences essential to future leaders in primary care medicine, research and public health. Plus students will learn how to finance their education, meet and hear from medical students, medical residents and practicing physicians.

Eligibility:

  • All Fresno State and UC Merced pre-medical and health students, particularly those who are underrepresented in medicine, may apply to attend the conference
  • Preference will be given to students who:
    • Express an interest in primary care medicine and practicing in the San Joaquin Valley
    • Posses a 3.0 GPA or better
